Service 03: Careers

WEBUILD:
CAREERS.

You don't need more career advice. You need a direction, a position and a plan someone can actually follow.

The problem

You're not short on ability. You're short on direction and a way to show it.

You've done real work. But when it comes to explaining where you're headed and why someone should bet on you for it, the story arrives in fragments: a CV that lists tasks, a LinkedIn that reads like everyone else's, a portfolio that shows the what but not the why.

The usual advice doesn't help. "Be more visible," "build your personal brand," "just network more." That's noise dressed as strategy. It skips the only questions that matter: where are you actually going, what do you want to be known for, and what's the next concrete move.

Meanwhile the opportunities go to people who are clearer, not necessarily better. That's the gap we close.

The outcome

A clear direction, a position that's unmistakably yours, and the next move already in motion.

You walk away knowing what you're aiming at, how to say it in a sentence, and what to do on Monday. The CV, the profile and the portfolio all tell the same coherent story. And the plan for visibility is specific (who to talk to, what to say, where to show up), not a vague instruction to "put yourself out there."

No cosplay. No pretending to be a thought leader before breakfast. Just you, positioned properly, moving on purpose.

The approach

Direction first. Then the story. Then the tools. Then the movement.

01

Find it

What you're good at, what you want, and where those actually overlap.

02

Shape it

A position and a narrative that make your next move make sense to other people.

03

Build it

CV, LinkedIn, portfolio and personal site, all telling the same story well.

04

Move it

A visibility and outreach plan with specific actions, not motivational fog.

What's built

The actual deliverables.

Some people need the whole set. Some need one honest conversation about direction and a sharper CV. We scope to the move you're making.

Career direction

The actual next move: named, not gestured at. Where you're going and why it fits what you're good at and what you want.

Personal positioning

What you want to be known for, and the specific reason someone would choose you for it. Yours, not a template.

Professional narrative

The through-line that turns a list of jobs into a story with a direction, the one you tell in an interview, a bio, a first meeting.

CV, LinkedIn, portfolio & personal site

The tools that carry the story, rewritten to say the same clear thing. We can design and build the personal site too. Websites →

Visibility & opportunity strategy

Where the right opportunities actually come from for you, and how to be in their path on purpose.

Outreach & relationship building

Who to talk to, what to say, and how to do it without feeling like a nuisance or a LinkedIn bot.

A practical plan for what's next

The concrete sequence of moves, so you leave with actions and an order, not inspiration and a hangover.

A good fit
  • You're changing industries or stepping up a level
  • You're going independent and need to be findable
  • You're repositioning after a long run somewhere
  • You know you should move, but not where or how
Probably not us
  • You want your CV keyword-stuffed to beat a robot
  • You want a viral personal brand and don't care if it's true
  • You're after generic "follow your passion" pep talks
  • You want someone to promise a specific job at a specific company

The proof

Careers are personal, so the proof is too.

This is one-to-one work, and the wins belong to the people who did them. When we talk, we'll take you through how the work goes and what a realistic outcome looks like for where you are now. How we work →

Career questions

Before you email.

Is this only for executives?

No. It's for anyone whose next move matters and isn't obvious. Seniority isn't the qualifier. Needing a clearer direction is.

Is this the same as a recruiter?

No. We don't place you in a job or take a cut from an employer. We work for you, on your positioning and plan, so you can go after the moves you want.

Do you write my CV and LinkedIn?

Yes, but only after the direction and story are clear, because rewriting the words without fixing the strategy just makes the confusion more polished.

Isn't "personal brand" a bit much?

The phrase is exhausting, agreed. What we actually do is help a real person be understood and remembered for real things. No manufactured persona, no borrowed confidence.

Can you build my personal website too?

Yes. That's where careers and websites overlap: a personal site that carries the story. Websites →

Timing & investment

Scoped and fixed-price, before anything starts.

Once we understand the job, you get a clear scope and a fixed price to decide on. No hourly meters, no surprise at the end. A focused career reposition moves in a few weeks; a bigger build takes longer, and you'll know the timeline before we begin.

Starting ranges are being finalised. In the meantime, tell us the job and you'll get a real number, not a guess.

Next step

Tell us where you want to go. We'll build the way there.
