What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form or put in an email to us: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project. If you don't contact us, we don't collect anything about you.

A note on the enquiry form: when you submit it, your answers are sent to our host, Netlify, which stores the submission and notifies us by email so we can reply. That's the only place your enquiry goes, and we ask only for what helps us respond.

Why, and what we do with it

We use what you send to reply, to work out whether we're a good fit, and, if we end up working together, to do the work. That's it. We don't add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for, and we don't sell or rent your details to anyone.

Cookies & tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There's no banner to click away because there's nothing to consent to. The fonts, styles and scripts are all served from this domain, so your browser makes no third-party requests at all. Nothing about your visit is handed to an outside company.

Who else sees it

Your email lands with us and our email provider, the same way any email does. If a project needs a specific tool or collaborator, we'll tell you before anything of yours goes near it.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it's useful to the conversation or the work, and clear it out when it isn't. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email hello@webuildyou.au. Depending on where you live, the law may give you more specific rights than this; we'll honour them.
